M-Regency is a premium business hotel in Makassar, Indonesia, offering professional accommodations and event spaces. It is known for its strategic location, spacious parking, and ballroom facilities, serving both government and private clients.
User Persona
Target users include corporate admins who need quick and clear booking processes, business travelers looking for reliable and well-equipped stays, and event organizers who need detailed venue information and easy communication.
Findings & Problem Statement
M-Regency relies heavily on government bookings, which make up 70–80% of its income. With upcoming budget cuts, the hotel needed a website to attract more private clients, build trust, and offer a smooth direct booking experience for rooms and event spaces.
Direct Booking System
I designed a responsive, professional website for M-Regency with a quick action tab in the hero section, making it easy to book rooms and event spaces, aimed at attracting private clients and reducing reliance on government bookings.
Strategic CTAs
Consistently placed Book Now and Promotion buttons across key sections of the website help guide users through the browsing experience and encourage them to take action, improving the chances of direct bookings and increasing overall conversion rates.
